ZeroClaw provides a managed cloud platform for running AI agents powered by OpenClaw. Our Services include agent hosting, configuration, monitoring, and related tools accessible through our web dashboard and APIs.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use AI agents for harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pricing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Founding member pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Free Tier

The free tier is provided as-is with limited resources. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits or availability at any time. Free tier accounts that remain inactive for more than 90 days may be subject to data deletion after notice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

The ZeroClaw name, logo, website design, and all related trademarks are our property. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond what is covered by your plan's SLA (if applicable).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. AI agent outputs are generated by third-party models and may not always be accurate or appropriate.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
